Erin Henderlight

Erin is a Human Services professional with more than fifteen years of experience providing project management, process redesign, and organizational change management to government agencies. She has deep programmatic and funding experience across a broad portfolio of programs including: child welfare, SNAP, TANF, Medicaid, child care subsidy, and veterans’ services.

In her career, which began in county government in North Carolina, she has delivered strategic leadership, subject matter expertise, and operational management to more than 50 health and human services engagements across the country, leading teams to thoroughly analyze complex systems todevelop and implement actionable improvement strategies. She has a Master of Public Policy degree from the Sanford School at Duke University and is a certified PROSCI® Change Management Practitioner. Prior to her time at Duke, she was a Physicist for the US Naval Research Laboratory.
