Andy Hall is the President & CEO of Trailhead Strategies where he has been leading projects and teams to help clients on their journey to build a more inclusive, resilient, and competitive American workforce since January 2022.

Shannon is a seasoned leader specializing in developing data-driven cultures by designing modern, automated business ecosystems that leverage data across organizational systems, resulting in improved business performance. She has over 20 years strategizing and mobilizing organizations to transform business and technical programs to drive business value, increase efficiency, and extend capabilities.

Brooke Valle is a seasoned workforce development leader in the nonprofit sector, known in the field for her contributions around job quality, equity, and systems change.

As the Chief Strategy Officer for the San Diego Workforce Partnership, Brooke developed the organization's five pillar strategy, job quality framework and and ikigai model for job seekers.

Josh is a researcher, educator, and data scientist who specializes in helping people understand and use data to develop clear actionable insights. His current evaluation projects cover a wide range of topics from healthcare, advanced manufacturing, STEM education, to the role of philanthropy in economic development.
